Chef Billy Woods trained in the posh ski resort town of Vail, Colorado in a rigorous appreticeship program, working under some of the finest Chefs in the country.  He then honed his skills in some of the most outstanding kitchens in the American Southwest from Colorado to California, and finally back to Arizona where he has lived for the past 8 years.  

His resume includes stints at the Ski Tip Lodge, recently named the 6th-best restaurant in the country by Open Table, Tarbell's Restaurant that received the prestigious "Zagat Rated" plaque of excellence as one of the top restaurants in Phoenix, and J&G Steakhouse at the world-renowned Phoenician Resort, consistently rated as one of the top steakhouses in the country.
